I am currently around 11 weeks pregnant and I cant keep anything down and am having lower stomach pains and and sometimes when I stand up it feels like the baby just falls into my Vaginal area what can I do at home to help nauseousness and what should I do about these pains

Such pain in the lower tummy and pressure in the vaginal area needs urgent attention. Please consult your doctor for this. For nausea, eat small meals frequently. Take light , bland ,easily digestible homemade food, leave out foods that you feel averse to , and those with strong smells and flavours. Take an early morning breakfast or snack and drink plenty of fluids. Avoid tea , coffee, fried and spicy foods, preprocessed snacks, outside foods and stale foods. Consult your doctor for prescription of appropriate medication to control acidity and nausea.
