I am in third month of pregnancy, I have constipation. I consulted with my doctor and also she prescribed a syrup for me but even then I am suffering due to constipation. Is there any natural foods or methods to solve my problem?

Answer:
For constipation both fluid and fiber intake has to be increased. For that Give more water. If the child doesn’t take plain water include fluids like coconut water, lemon water, juices, soups etc. Give dals with husk and legumes/beans daily. Do give whole cereals like dalia, brown rice, ragi, rice flakes etc. Give plenty of fruits & vegetables. Avoid refined cereals & maida products like bread, buns, kulcha, naan etc. Hope it helps.
