Take a balanced diet comprising of whole grain cereals like dalia, , whole wheat, rice, ragi, different pulses, beans legumes, green leafy vegetables, fruits, egg/fish/poultry, milk products etc. Eat small portions of easily digestible homemade food and plenty of oral fluids. Take an early breakfast, avoid outside cooked food, sweets, crisps, fried food, preprocessed snacks etc. Avoid travelling, heavy work and bending forward, lifting weights, intercourse, sitting on floor and squatting. Other things to avoid are coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, too much tea, spicy food, papaya, pineapple, Chinese food, permanent hair colour, crowded places. Take adequate precaution regarding social distancing, wearing mask and hand hygiene to keep yourself safe from COVID 19 infection. Visit your doctor regularly for checkup, appropriate advice , tests and ultrasound. I hope this helps.
