I hope you are doing well. You have posted a question in the expert's section it shall be answered by experts. You need not switch to low GI atta. Just make sure that your husband avoids processed, refined, fried and foods like in sugar. He must consume two fruits in a day and at least 3 servings of vegetables. You can add 1 Tsp oats powder to each of his rotis :) Ask him to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.
