Every woman has different experiences during the first trimester. Some experience nausea, morning sickness, while some may not. So do not worry as this is normal. You have mentioned that you are not getting hungry, that is also fine as this is all due to hormonal changes taking place within your body. If you are not getting hungry, then also, eat small meals, easily digestible soft meals, do not keep yourself hungry and do not keep long gaps between two meals. Milk shakes, milk smoothies, soups, custards, soft khichadi, upma, idli, are some easily digestible foods that you can have right now.
