If you are working, you can do some pre-preparations and can guide and train caretaker to follow it in your absence. Firstly at this age baby needs 3-4 solid feeds and most of it should be finger foods. So you can teach your caretaker to make dough with variety of veggies and give vegetable rotis in your absence. Secondly, she can also give omelet, sandwiches with different fillings or even teach her to make ragi dosa or dal chilla . All this can be made fresh and given to your baby. Also you can teach her to make oats porridge, ragi kheer, rava kheer, custard etc, In the morning before you go you can make some smoothie or milk shake and let your caretaker feed baby in your absence. Also when you come back you can make dinner like khichadi,. This will keep you happy and make your daughter happy too. So do not worry, its a passing phase, soon all will be fine.
