Answer:
You can try this. Include fluids like coconut water, lemon water, juices, soups etc. Take dals with husk and legumes/beans daily. Do take whole cereals like dalia, brown rice, ragi, rice flakes etc. Take plenty of fruits & vegetables. Avoid refined cereals & maida products like bread, buns, kulcha, naan etc. Hope it helps.
