I hope you are doing well. To lose overall weight and fat, you may follow these tips. However, to tighten and tone the skin you need to do some form of physical activity or workouts :) -Start your morning with 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder mixed in a glass of warm water. -You can eat 3-4 soaked almonds post that. -Have a healthy breakfast upma/poha/chilla/mixed veg paratha. -Have a mug of green tea -Add a salad with your lunch -Have a fruit in the evening -Add a salad to your dinner and keep the dinner light. Avoid any refined, fried or high-calorie foods :)
