I have 7 month old baby, but I don't feed, giving formula milk and he was 3. 55 kg now he is 7. 10 but he is looking very lean and he is very active,. if people see him tell why he is very thin I feel very bad he should look fatty what to do for that please suggest me started solid food also but not looking fatty.

There's no need to feel bad about it and being fat is not a sign of being healthy.
If he is lean and active, let me tell you it is the best thing, an active child is a healthy child.
You should simply avoid listening to people as he is your child and you know the best for him.Don't aim to make him look fat :)
Here's a diet for him.
On waking up-Breast milk/formula feed
Breakfast- Ragi porridge/oats porridge/daliya porridge/stewed apple/pear/mashed banana
Naptime
Lunch- Dal soup/Rice kanji or mashed rice mixture/Thin vegetable khichdi/Pureed carrots
Breastfeed/formula milk
Dinner- Vegetable soup/Mashed potato or sweet potato/Rice kanji/Dal soup/Oats porridge
