I have a lot of stress during pregnancy about baby's growth and overall health. How can I manage it and be happy? I am unable to enjoy the phase by thinking about all tests, results and days to come.

I understand your concerns, motherhood is a beautiful feeling, but it brings changes in your body as well as responsibilities with it. Don't worry. Firstly, speak to your doctor regarding all your apprehensions, know the journey of the pregnancy and when and what tests will be done , it would also be familiar to finalize a hospital facility for your delivery. Be comfortable with your doctor , speak to your husband and your family regarding this. Be regular with your checkup with your doctor and tests. Take a healthy balanced diet and your supplements as advised by your doctor. Do some calming down manoeuvres such as deep breathing and meditation. Follow a hobby that calms you , such as reading a book, listening to music, playing an instrument etc.
If you still find anxiety difficult to handle, then you should speak to your doctor for a psychologist counselling. Take care, I hope this helps.
