i have baby 6 years old ... she does not want to eat meal ... she only wants to eat snacks and even milk she doesnt want it ... what should i do?

Hope you are doing well. Here is a diet and few tips for your little one. Breakfast- 1 Cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawala,khichdi and kadhi,Fried rice ,vegetable pulav/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya Bed-time- 1 Cup milk with nuts powder (almonds,walnuts,pistas,cashew roast and powder) Try to give her different veggies and fruits everyday. Always try to sit together for meals so that she sees it and eats it. Make hers food more presentable so that she enjoys eating it. Engage her in your talks and try to give her a small quantity at one time. Avoid force feeding your child. Be patient. Explain the importance of fruits and vegetables to your child.Make a chart and let your child see it everyday. Say positive things about eating healthy and eat everything in front of your child.If you are picky the child shall adapt everything from you :)
