I have read that cow milk can't be given to baby till 1 year... They can't digest... Is that true? If true then how we can give suji kheer, shake after 6 month as dctr advice to do... Of powder milk?

the high protein and electrolyte content of animal's milk is not suitable for infants and puts load on the infant's developing kidneys, so it should be avoided. But a little of milk can be given in combination with cereals/other foods. So you can give cow's milk kheer/porridge/shake but avoid giving it as it is.
