Baby's digestion is still weak plus her system is still developing. That's why we always recommend to wait till 6 months to introduce solids. Plus at 6 months, baby is introduced which means only small amounts like 1-2 tsp/feed and 1-2 feeds in a day are advised. If you give more amounts of solid feeds, and also more number of solid feeds in a day it will cause indigestion, colic etc. Hence the best way to handle this is to reduce the amount in each feed and give only 1-2 solid feed. Plus include only, rice cereal and apple puree at this stage as they are good for the tummy. Continue with bReast feeding as it will help to tackle indigestion plus give necessary nutrients required to meet her daily needs. No need to start any other supplement as this may further aggravate the problem.
