i m 17 wks pregnant my hb is very low n n in 17 wks i hv just gain 2 kg. 2ndly in my last two pregnancy at this i used to feel movements very clear this time hv nt felt even a single movement till date.

Visit your doctor if you have not felt movements and also to prescribe supplements. Foods to I Clyde in your diet to increase hemoglobin are: vegetables, leafy greens, jaggery, beetroot, fruits, Ragi, black grams, brown rice, sprouts, whole grains, dates , red meat etc. Take a protein rich diet for increasing weight. Include lentils, milk and dairy products, fish, eggs, meat, nuts and seeds, beans, soya, whole grains to your diet. Eat frequent meals and take and early breakfast. Hope this gave you some ideas.
