I m 9weeks pregnant and is diabetic. Doctor has suggested for a diet chat from nutritionist. But d nutritionist is on leave. Can u please suggest. In GTT test in fasting it is 102(normal should be less than 95). In blood sugar profile in fasting my sugar is 99. I m not able to digest diary products. Which fruits I shouldn't eat? Raw jackfruit curry, can I have? My after food blood sugar is normal?

Hi Pragya, you need to totally avoid sweets, sugar, fried fatty stuff. Take whole grain cereals, pulses, beans,legumes, vegetables and fruits. You should also do some light exercise like walking. do take advice of your doctor and dietitian on this.
