enough water around 8-10 glasses is recommended for all adults (unless some medical condition where water is restricted). You may also take enough water for proper circulation, which is important to supply nutrients to foetus. This is apart from milk etc. Instead of juice take whole fruits, as it will help overcome constipation, which you could be prone to, in pregnancy. Hope it helps.
