I was covid positive from last 15 days and am not able to feed my baby bcz of covid am really worried I don't have much breast milk pressure now... after expressing very little amount of milk come out please help me with remedies and tricks🙏🙏

You need to take care of your diet for sufficient lactation. This is because milk production is demand and supply. Few suggestions are take a balanced diet of cereals (esp dalia, bajra), green leafy vegetables (esp methi, mustard leaves), dals & legumes (masoor. black channa, osybean), fruits, milk products, eggs fish & poultry.
