I hope you are doing well. - Consume a high fiber diet (more fruits and vegetables, brown rice, oats, daliya). - Drink at least 12-15 glasses of water. - Avoid fried, processed, refined foods. - Stay active and go for a walk at least once in the day, say for 30mins at least. - Keep a tab on your salt and sugar intake.
