I'm 20 weeks pregnant with low lying placenta, lower margin 2 cms from internal os. Cervical length 4 cms. Please guide me what are the precautions I need to take.. Can I go for walking?

This is a low lying placenta. It can cause bleeding during pregnancy, however, in many women , it gradually moves up on its own as the pregnancy advances. You should avoid intercourse, heavy work, prolonged standing, picking up weights, bending forward, squatting, sitting on floor , straining and travelling. Do not start walking without your doctor's advice. Take your doctor's prior approval , remain in regular care of your doctor for appropriate advice, tests and medication.
