Im 6months pregnant. What can I do as Im facing digesting problems,I feel less energetic,and I am facing breathing problems too?

you can take small, frequent and light meals instead of large meals. Avoid too spicy or fried foods. Take plenty of fruits especially citrus, amla, green leafy vegetables, sprouts, soaked nuts. Chew your food well. Consult your doctor for breathing problems and get your hemoglobin levels checked. If need be, your gynaecologist would prescibe some supplements. Hope this helps.
