Introduce solids and formula milk my baby is 3 months now and he is only on breastfeeding milk. As I am a working woman I have to join office after one month and it will become difficult to breastfeed him till 6 months. Please suggest that what should I do? Should I start giving him formula milk from now or when should I start giving him solids and formula milk. I also heard that some kids don't accept formula milk after some months of continuous breastfeed milk.

at the time of joining your office, you may express your milk (manually/breastpumps) and store it in fridge. Breast milk lasts for a long time in fridge and can be used (warmed indirectly on heat) later. If your working hours are long and your expressed milk would not suffice, then you may start with top feed. Ideally exclusive breastfeeding is recommended til 6 months but you may even start with weaning foods between 4-6 months. Take advice of your paediatrician on this. You can even read a blog on this on our website. Hope this helps.
