Answer:
if you have been eating fish before pregnancy (no allergy to it) and especially dry fish, then you may take it. It is advisable to use fresh water fish instead of sea water as they might be contaminated with heavy metals like mercury. Avoid shark, swordfish, king mackerel or tilefish.
