Hi Talha Kiggundu, If you are very keen on continuing breastfeeding then you can check with your doctor on milk banks in some hospitals. You can get milk from there. If baby has already been breastfed in last 1 year then it is good enough for baby's growth both physical and mental growth. Plus include brainy fats in the form of cooked egg, beans like rajma, chana, soy, dals, nuts like almonds, walnuts, and seeds like flax seeds, chia seeds and sunflower seed. Nuts and seeds can be powdered and added to various foods. Other than food, talking to baby, interacting with baby, giving educational games , showing picture story books, getting baby involved in different objects in and around house will help in brain development
