Hi Natasha, you should be relaxed and have a balanced diet. Include plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grain cereals, beans, pulses, legumes, milk products to ensure maximum nutrition. There is no as such things to include or avoid. Eat healthy and avoid too much refined, processed, fried or packaged food.
