its urgent i am pregnant and just entered my 8th month my bp has shooted up its 190/120.. i do not have any symptoms of high bp no weakness no nothing except a little head ache.... my dctr is suggesting for premature delivery and i do not want that... as i have become pregnant after 8 yrs and that with loads of difficulty... can you pls suggest me what to do and what to avoid so that i can control my bp and keep my baby safe and not have a premature baby
