Hope you are doing well. 1) Roz 10-12 glass pani piyein. 2) Subah me garam pani ke sath 2 prunes khayein. 3) Apni diet me fruits,vegetables,oats,daliya ka sevan badhayein :) 4) Raat me sonese pehle 1 Glass garam pani k saath 1 tsp castor oil lekar sojayein (ye sirf hafte me do hi baar karein)
