At this point in pregnancy, there may be a tendency to have nausea and vomiting. So you should eat small portions of easily digestible homemade food frequently. Take plenty of fluids orally and an early breakfast. Foods to avoid are tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, fried spicy and stale food, papaya, pineapple and chinese food, food that has been cooked outside. Have a balanced diet comprising of whole cereal, pulses, whole dals and legumes, green leafy vegetables, fruits, vegetables, nuts and sees, soya, milk products, egg/ fish/poultry etc. Take adequate rest and sleep, remain happy and calm mentally and take your supplements regularly. Most important, remain under close supervision and guidance of your doctor and follow the advice. All the best. I hope this helps.
