I hope you are doing well. Aap ek time par thoda thoda hi khana khayein aur halka phulka khaana khaayein jaise ki daal chawal,kadhi khichdi,dahi dhawal,veg khichdi aur daal khichdi. Fruit khaayein jo bhi aaoko pasand ho aur din me do baar nimbu paani ka sevan karein :) Aur pani zarur piyein.
