Drink plenty of fluids orally, eat plenty of fruits , vegetables and leafy greens. Avoid taking refined flours such as maida, breads etc. Take whole grains and legumes. Try taking a glass of warm milk at bedtime . If constipation is still not relieved , then consult your doctor for prescription of a mild laxative.
