mam, I have a twins baby. my daughter is asthma patient. my prblm is that they both are frequently face cough cold flu prblm. minimum one in a month. every body say that give good diet. they eat diliya with some vegitable, dal roti milk, paratha. soked almond, I want to give fruits but unfortunately I can't because my doctor said no banana, guava grapes, no citrus fruit I give only papaya. plz give me some daily diet chart and give some quantity idea also. may be I am not giving full quantity. plz replynutrition Corner
to help increase a child's immunity following foods are suggested. You may however, don't give the ones, which may not suit your child. Give good quality proteins from eggs, meat, poultry, cheese, paneer, soybean (nuggets, soymilk, tofu) whole dals, beans & legumes. Include nuts like walnut, almonds, peanuts, dried fruits(dates, raisins, currants apricots)and seed (flaxseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) in daily diet. Use whole gains like bajra, dalia, ragi, sprouted beans.
