mam I have five months one week Bab15 days ago she's weight is 5 .5 kg .but today we checked aga just5. 6kg .in this 15 days she was increased her weight just 100 grams .ifeel worried .what can I give to her. and WT should I eat to give energetic milk to her .pls suggest me

I hope you are doing well. -Whole grains -Garlic -Green leafy veggies -Ginger -Fenugreek seeds or methi -Nuts and seeds -Oats -Barley -Fennel seeds (Saunf) -Cumin seeds -Star anise seeds (badiyan ka phool) -Sesame seeds -Turmeric Drumsticks -Carrots -Black sesame seeds -Salmon fish -Sweet potato -basil or tulsi Add these foods to your diet. You can continue to breastfeed your child and once she is 6 months old you can start with semi-solids and her weight shall start increasing gradually :)
