Normal homemade food can be presented in an interesting and tasty way to the child For example- You can include roti pizzas, coloured idlis or dosas( don't use colors- but add beetroot or some other natural edible food to make it coloured), healthy sandwiches, Paneer- kathi rolls, whole wheat pasta with lots of veggies or else boil pasta in clear vegetable soup to make it more nutritious, Fruit sandwiches can be given. Hummus can be given with sweetpatato / patato fries. You can also try making multigrain bun burgers with kidney beans/ chana patty. Hope these ideas would help you!
