Answer:
Since you have two children this is his way of getting your attention. Do not get stressed. When you feel the irritation rising walk out of the room and come back when you are calmer. Set routines for your children. Create an incentives chart. Give stars when they finish tasks. When he gets five stars reward him. Make him feel important as the older brother. Create a ritual where everyday you spend 20 minutes e lcusicely with him. Just be together, chat or play or have fun together. Call it the Shivamshu time. From 10-12 he is a pre teen or a tween. He is entering his pre teen so there will be a change in behaviour. Do listen to him and observe what he is arguing about. He should be encouraged to state his views and choices. Cultivate a friendly approach to have an open communication. Use a gentle and firm tone. If you get angry then he is learning that such behaviour is acceptable. He is establishing his identity so he will be assertive. How you deal with him now will pave the way for future communication. All the best
