Breakfast- 1 glass milk + 1 sandwich/2 vegetable chillas/1 Bowl veggie oats/2 small Beetroot or carrot paratha/1 Bowl daliya upma/1 bowl moong and veg poha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawal, khichdi and kadhi, Fried rice , vegetable pulao/biryani/Dal khichdi (add ghee) Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer Tikki/home-made bread pizza/1 Glass fruit smoothie/2 Boiled egg whites + 2 Dates/Anjeer Dinner- Same as lunch OR 2 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya Or the same as lunch Bed-time- 1 glass milk with nuts powder (almonds, walnuts,pistas, cashew roast, and powder)
