If your child has sugar cravings then try the following tips.. 1 Start reducing sugar in Milk and other foods 2.Whenever she gets sugar craving give her some fruit like banana or apple. This will control the craving.3.Try adding mashed fruits to make her food sweet like adding more fruits in milk shakes or replacing sugar with mashed fruit in halwa, sheera or kheer.4. Stop buying or storing sweets or sugar loaded food in the house. 5 If she is in the habit of taking juice then start giving diluted juice. The habit will go slowly but you have to be patient.
