Aapke bacche ka weight kareeb 26-28 k around hona chaiye .for weight gain aap ye sab karein 1. Bacche ko balanced diet dein 2. Frequently feed karein 3 uske khane ko bhot jayda liquid na bna kar thoda dense banayein 4 bacche ko fats and calories badaein 5 bacche ko variety of foods dein and chnage karke dein. 6 bacche ko constipation ya vomoting hai to usse ek bar doctor ko dikhayein. Kuch suggestion jo aap use kar sakte hain hain: give small, frequent meals every two hours. Use whole milk and its products like curd, paneer, cheese, buttermilk etc. You may give these as fruit shakes/ fruit lassi. Cheese or paneer can be cut into small bite sized cubes, so that they can use their fingers to eat these. Alternatively paneer/cheese can be added to their roti/sandwich/dosa/uttapam etc. Increase intake of dals/legumes, eggs (hard boiled cut into small bite sized pieces or omlette etc.) poultry/fish (curry, snacks, cutlets, tikka, in rice or in soup). Give more of fruits like mango, banana, cheeku,litchi, grapes, dates. These may be added to their milkshakes as well. Give more of potato, sweet potato, colocassia, yam besides other vegetables. You may add these to their roti/sandwich. Nuts like walnuts, almonds, peanuts and dried fruits like raisins, currants, dried apricots. Take Care
