my 1 year old daughter is very fussy eater or may be I don't know how and what to give. please give a rough estimate estimate of how many meals should she eat in a day and how much chapati in lunch or how much poha in breakfast. she is loosing weight and I need the help please

Breakfast- 1 cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawal, khichdi and kadhi, Fried rice, vegetable pulao/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer Tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya
