my 2 years old son doesn't eat fruits or vegetables. he prefers soft food only n very selective things. he swallow food and doesn't chew thats why he often vomits. m worried what can i do to complete his nutrition requirements

I hope you are doing well. You can add veggies to porridges,chillas,khichdis,pulao,soups,pancake,idlis,dosas and uttapam. You can add fruits to fruit yogurt,fruit custard, milkshakes, smoothies,puddings and rice pudding. You need to train him to chew.Give him small bites and show him how it is to be chewed :)
