My 4 years old daughter doesn't eats any fruits and vegetables, stopped drinking milk as well, just eats a little bit of dal rice n 1/4th chapati without any vegetable. What shall I give her to fulfill her daily nutrition?? Or what can I add to her milk?

You should include dalia, bajra, whole wheat, rice, ragi, different pulses, vegetables fruits, egg/fish/poultry, nuts and dried fruits, milk products etc. in the diet. These can be given as porridge, kheer, upma, khichri, chapatti/rice with pulses/gravies, scrambled eggs, custards, vegetable poha, idli, pulao, dosa, pasta, cheela, cutlets, pancakes etc. Health drink may not be necessarily given to the children.Only if the child is not eating well and may be at risk of developing nutritional, you may start with these. There are many good brands including pediasure, complan, horlicks etc. You can compare their nutrient contribution for each serving and give the one which offers maximum nutrients per serving.
