Answer:
Crying is a temporary phase. Each child has her own pace of outgrowing. She is just more sensitive. After she cries you can sit down with her. Reassure her that you understand and that there are ways to tackle a situation. Brainstorm with her how it can be done. Parents are the most influential people in the child's life. Raising a child's esteem confidence is in our hands. First accept your child. This can be done by understanding your child. She will need your support and patience. Ask her how she feels when she meets outsiders. Remove her fears by being gentle with her. Mentally prep her before a situation. Share your concerns with her teachers so that they will also help her. Invite her friends over and enrich the friendship so that they will also be supportive. I hope these give you some ideas.
