The weight gain of the baby is slightly on the lower, considering her birth weight. However, few suggestions to help in weight gain are Fruit smoothie especially made of banana, honey and malai, milk/curd Boiled & mashed potato with melted cheese on it, boiled sweet potato with a little butter, Scrambled egg with added milk/fresh malai, egg nog or egg added to soup Dal-roti mash, dalia dal khichdi. Add extra spoon of ghee/butter/oil to their dishes. Fruit yogurt made of full-fat milk, Full-fat milk based puddings like rice kheer/dates& raisins(cooked & mashed) custard/vermicelli kheer/gajar kheer.
