My baby boy is 4 months now. It seems that mothers milk is not sufficient to him.. as he is waking up again n again in night n day from last few days. please suggest when can I start weaning the child... or shall I give him cows milk in nightnutrition Corner
apart from breast milk, you may give formula milk. Formula milk is made of animal milk only and has added nutrients to match it most closely with breast milk. Some prefer fresh animal milk (not cow's) over formula milk. Packet milk is pasteurised animal milk only which is more hygienically packed and hence safer. You can also read the following blog to help you decide on the type of milk https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/all-you-wanted-to-know-about-the-milk-intake-of-your-child/619 For foods, you should wait till the baby is 6 months old. This is because any other food would not provide the nutrients, which milk does. Moreover the digestive system is still developing and may not have enough enzymes to digest other foods properly.
