my baby girl in 4. 8 kg weight in 82 days. she feeding every one hour 10mnts feeding in day time. but night time she sleep long 4 to 6 hour not drink milk. after sleep she only 10 mnts feeding. any problem... ??

This is absolutely fine. Babies need to take minimum of 8–12 (or more) times in 24 hours. Newborns will often feed more frequently. Also, some babies may prefer “cluster feed,” that is small small feeds in a short period, then taking a longer break until the next feed. Newborns may have cluster feed all day long, and then keep a gap at night, which is fine. As long as your baby is gaining weight healthily is passing normal urine 5-6 times in a day and having regular feeds, then all is fine. But still you can always get your baby examined by your doctor for a checkup
