my baby girl is 1 year old, her birth weight was 3. 1 k. g, but now her weight is only 8 k. g. she is not eating properly, she is not interested in any food. please tell me wht to do?

I hope you are well. Please follow these tips and give this diet. Try and experiment with his food. Try to give her different veggies and fruits every day. Always try to sit together for meals so that she sees it and eats it. Make her food more presentable so that she enjoys eating it. Engage her in your talks and try to give her a small quantity at one time. Avoid force-feeding your child. Breakfast- 1 cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawal, khichdi and kadhi,Fried rice, vegetable pulao/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya
