My baby is 1. 1 year old and I am very concerned of her eating habits recently she says no to all kind of fiod we offer her indeed to thise as well that she usd to eat before i make meals for her and all gies in waste has stopped eating porridge fruits fish yogurt eggs i have tried every thing and different forms but she does this tongue thrust to all the food i offer and throw it away hardly she might take two or three spoons is that okhy for her m just too concerned how can she spend while day on breastfeed and if she is getting enough nutrients for her growth her weight is 9. 5 what could be ghe possible reasons please help me out some times i feel stressed out.

I hope your doing well. Her weight is okay. You can try these tips and let me know. Try and experiment with his food. Try to give him different veggies and fruits every day. Always try to sit together for meals so that he sees it and eats it. Make his food more presentable so that he enjoys eating it. Engage him in your talks and try to give him a small quantity at one time. Avoid force-feeding your child.
