My baby is 1. 1 yr old and I m still breast feeding him. the problem is at nights he wakes up at least 6times in a span of 8 hrs sleep. he sucks for 2 mins and sleeps every time. with this I am unable to complete my sleep. I m feeling too drowsy. I even had dark circles. from the first day of my delivery I m suffering. initially I felt k for baby sake. but now I wanted him to sleep completely. he takes his supper by 7:30 pm and takes buffalo milk before going to bed like at 9:00 pm. what can I do can you please suggest some solution? I do want to feed him but only before nap may be it is in the day or night but not for the whole night.

Answer:
from one year of age you should start with three meal pattern, i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner along with two snacks. Keeping him well food through the day would help. Also at night when the child is falling asleep, keep him awake so that he takes proper feed.. Since he is not taking his feed properly and remaining hungry, if wakes up every now and then.
