Answer:

Teething

Generally teething starts by the age of 6 months and it varies a great deal from baby to baby. Baby needs extra care during teething stage. This is the time when the doctor would suggest you to take care of their calcium and Vitamin D3 requirements. If teething doesn't start by 12 months, please consult a paediatrician. Along with teething comes a host of other problems such as constipation, loose motions, headache, stomach ache, gum pains, and lack of sleep among others. You may check with your doctor in case the child is in too much pain or is irritated. Permanent Teeth

Most children have a full set of 20 primary teeth by the time they are 3. Some children lose their first baby tooth as early as 4 years of age while some even as late until 7 years of age. Permanent tooth emerges at an age of 7 to 8 years, slight delay of 2-3 months in both the cases of milk teeth and permanent teeth are common but in case of a longer delay, it is advised to check with a doctor. When a child is getting their primary set of teeth or permanent teeth you may give high calcium-rich food and vitamin D after consulting your doctor. Note: Please check for allergies in your child and his/her medical condition. Please consult with the Doctor in person for physical examination and treatment.
