my baby is 10 months old, should I give him cow milk or buffalo?he doesn't take formula milk.nutrition Corner
As per American Academy of Pediatrics, Cow’s milk should be used only from 1 year of age as it can cause digestion related problems or allergies or even intestinal bleeding. Babies put on Cow’s milk at an early age are also at risk of developing Iron deficiency. We will advice that if you are not able to breast feed then Formula milk fortified with DHA and iron is the best option as it is closest to breast milk. If he is not taking one type then you can try with another type.
