We understand your concern. Kids actually require less sleep. If she is non irritable and eating well than there's no issue. On contrary start with waking her up early around 6-7am, she'll definitely be irritable, but engage her in playing or in some other activities to prevent her sleeping. In case she naps in day time be ensure she wakes up by 5. So that she sleeps on time at night. Few days she might be irritable, but her routine will eventually be set I hope this helps.
