My baby is 3 months old. She is on breastfeed totally. Now she is not able to take Top feed or my own feed by bottle and even by spoon.. What should I do?

if you are lactating sufficiently to meet your child's need, you may not start with any top feed. It is recommended to exclusively breastfeed your baby for six months. And you should directly breastfeed the baby as it helps in proper lactation. Otherwise, if there is need to give top feed,you can gradually start with top feed. Start by replacing one of your feeds with top feed. You can start with a lesser amount of 50 ml or so and then gradually increase the amounts according to child's acceptance.It is better to use spoon only as bottle can create nipple confusion.
